| Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) was established in 1954, it is a special organization which is integrated the military with the party, the government administration and the enterprise. After more than fifty years development, the XPCC has made remarkable progress in economics. the economic aggregate is increasing year after year, the structure of industry is optimized step by step. the whole competitiveness is improved step by step too. However, due to the economic base, natural resource endowment and other reasons, the difference between different regions of the economic competitive is obvious. In the situation of the XPCC to take the lead to realize the relatively comfortable standard of living in the Northwest, under the background of the impelling of the economic globalization and the regional comprehensive competitiveness of the XPCC is increasing sharply, the existing distribution patterns no longer meet the requirement of the economic and social development. Therefore, comparing with the comprehensive economic competitiveness in different areas and then find out the key factor which influent and restrict the competitiveness of the regional economy will promote the coordinate development of the regional economic in XPCC, and can make a great significance in improving the whole comprehensive competitiveness of the XPCC.This article first defines the meaning of the regional comprehensive economic competitiveness. the basic of the the theory is made of classical location theory, the competitive advantage theory and the economic growth theory; secondly, the article analyzed the current situation of the economical development in two aspects:the whole and the region of the XPCC; Thirdly, the evaluation index system of the regional economical comprehensive competitiveness of the XPCC was put forward from the economic strength, industrial competitiveness, the people's living standards, the human capital competitiveness, the resources and environment competitiveness.and then compared and analyze the regional economical comprehensive competitiveness of the XPCC by using the factor analysis; Finally, under the guidance of these results, based on the different categories of the Corps for the competitiveness of regional economy of the regional economical comprehensive competitiveness of the XPCC, put forward proposals to enhance the regional economic.Based on the analysis, this paper has reached the following conclusions:First, regional comprehensive economic competitiveness is a comprehensive concept, requires a combination of regional economic and competitive advantages to define its connotation; secondly, from the horizontal comparison, the difference of the regional economical comprehensive competitiveness of the XPCC is obvious, most strong division headquarters are located in the north of xinjiang economical zone of the Tianshan Mountain and the northeast of the south of xinjiang economical zone. the other division headquarters' regional comprehensive economic competitiveness is weak. Thirdly, from the vertical comparison, from 2003 to 2009,the change of it is little, It demonstrates that the time can't solve the difference between difference division headquarters. ourthly, from the cluster analysis results, the division headquarters is divided into four areas. Finally, to improve the the regional economical comprehensive competitiveness of the XPCC, we should in connection with the categories of it, propose some suggestions in a more creditable way. |
