Analysis On The Formed Mechanism Of Information Industry Cluster In China

In recent years, industry cluster is the hot topic of the academic studies at home and abroad. Economists, management experts, sociologists and psychologists have been study on the industry clusters in-depthly.However,the information industry cluster has been studied for a short history. The domestic study on information industry cluster began in the 1990s, and it is still in the stage of studying and tracking foreign theories in this field. This paper studied the information industry cluster in China, used the methods such as theoretical analysis, positive analysis and combination between them. This paper is divided into seven chapters:Chapter 1 is the introduction. Author explained the background of the study, summed up the study actuality and content of the industry cluster at home and abroad here.Chapter 2 is the overview of the information industry cluster. Firstly, the paper compared the differences among industry cluster, industry agglomeration and the corporate group, then defined the information industry cluster and described the styles of the information industry clusters in detail;Chapter 3 is the theory analysis on the formation of the information industry cluster in China. Firstly,this paper introduced the formed process of the information industry cluster, then constructed the multi-factor formation model of the information industry cluster, and analyzed in detail nine factors, including the profit-drive, technological innovation and commercial awareness, entrepreneurial spirit, information enterprises as the core of the industrial chain, the availability of funds such as risk investment funds, social capital and trust mechanism, labor quality, the government acts and intelligence agencies;Chapter 4 is the analysis the formed mechanism joined the government activities about the information industry cluster. Based on the difference between information industry cluster and traditional industry cluster, the paper analyzed the necessity of government's participation in the formed process of information industry cluster, then suggested that the government should play different roles in different stages of the information industry cluster formation;Chapter 5 is the analysis on the innovation mechanism in the formed process of information industry cluster. Firstly, the paper introduced the means of innovation and innovation network; then analyzed the innovation mechanism in the formed process of the information industry cluster; finally, the paper analyzed the measures by upgrading the information industry cluster innovation capability through government, enterprises and intermediary.Chapter 6 is the positive analysis on the formed mechanism of information industry cluster in China. Firstly, the paper introduced the distribution of the information industry cluster in China, then explained the external scale economies, capital-intensive and technology-intensive in the information industry cluster formation in China, and did further analysis on the government, traditional industries and the economic level;Chapter 7 includes the conclusion and perspective. The author concentrated the main views and conclusion, and pointed out the inadequacies of the paper and the study perspective.
