Private-owned enterprises are an important part of our economy,and has become the mainstream economy in China's market economy. For a long time in the future, the private economy will be one of the major forces in China's economic development, but when on the implementation of CRM in private enterprise, the situation is not optimistic, we can say, the absence of CRM will become one of the obstacles when in the further growth of our Private enterprise.Customer relationship management is an management technology which implemented inside of the company and based on modern information technology, which enables company to focus from internal activities to external customer. The higher satisfaction and loyalty of our customer, the stronger competitiveness our enterprises have, so it will naturally bring to huge profits. Meanwhile, the customer's demand will change and improve with the development of economy and technology, which will encourage the enterprises to satisfy new customers, and then change enterprise's management view of "within the visual type", so it will improve the enterprise's core competitiveness as well.This article is mainly begins with the combination of theory and practice, centred on the implementation status and improving measures of CRM in GY company. First of all, summarize the Customer Relationship Management theory, followed by the introduction of profile of GY company(private joint-stock company), and then analyse the status of CRM.On this basis, design it's CRM plans according to the actual situation , which is important to GY's sustainable development.CRM is a marketing management ideas which advocate customer-centric, is an innovation of enterprise who using information technology for marketing management. In particular, enterprise should take a new customer-centric business philosophy as a guide, fully integrated modern information technology to reconstruct the company's marketing management process, and ultimately achieve the goal of improving customer satisfaction and the Development of Customer Loyalty.
