In recent years, the government has increased investment in the medical organization and strengthen the monitoring of purchasing drug, which has promoted the increasement of the purchase of medical equipment and the rapid development of industry, as while as the medical institution's strong demand for medical equipment after-sales service.GDZC company is a mature company which is engaged in the third-party medical equipment after-sales service. Through market research, GDZC company will join Hainan Zhongneng Co., Ltd to develop the third party market of Hannan's medical equipment after-sales service. So, the purpose of this business plan is to study the feasibility of the project and specific measuresAt first, the paper elaborate the background and significance, and then find the paper's theoretical basis through the literature search and research.Secondly, the project was introduced in detail. For example, described the external environment of the market of medical equipment after-sales service with PESTEL model; Analyzed the team,resources,entrepreneurs and organizational structure of the project through Timmons entrepreneurial management theory; Summarized today's value chain model of medical equipment services; Through the Boston Matrix, we selected customers and services, and then gained the capacity of the target market.Then, the paper studied the current market situation and customer's focus, and summarized the critical success factors model. On the basis of these, designed the profit model of the project, which laid the foundation for profit source and sustainable development.After those, the paper forecasted the specific needs of the target market, and developed marketing plans with 4P theory. In this part, the products and services, price, channels and promotions are studied in detail, and the operation plan is also outlined.Next, from a financial point, the paper seted the situation on the sales plan, and accounted the project's revenue, cost and expenses, which developed a forecast of the income statement and cash flow statement. According to the cash flow statement, the paper analyzed the investment value of the first decade, and gained the company's valuation with the EVA method. Through the risk analysis, we can see that the sensitivity factors to investment value are sales and operating costs, not investment capital.Finally, from the project investment value and its expected valuation, we can conclude that the project is feasible, and has a high internal rate of return and short payback period. Paper also explains the status of this market segment:large capacity, high-margin, high inventory and accounts receivable, cash flow, slow easy, access but difficult development.
