Study On The Service Profit Chain Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

As the basis for the development of industrial economy in heilongjiangprovince as well as the core of the manufacturing industry, equipmentmanufacturing industry plays a role in promoting the economic development ofheilongjiang province. But with the change of the economic environment, theequipment manufacturing industry in heilongjiang province has been subjected tosome limited factors,such as: low level of technology innovation, backwardmanagement mode, system and so on, it gradually decline.With deepening reform, the equipment manufacturing industry has creatednew service value model: Manufacture of service,continuously companies beganto adopt this model for change, and significantly improve the enterprise’s profitand development space. However, with the emergence of new manufacturingmode of service, the new service products of equipment manufacturing enterpriseis increasing, enterprises also need to pay attention to the service profit chainoperations.This thesis embarks from the current situation of the development ofequipment manufacturing industry in heilongjiang province first, and thenanalyzes the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry. Incombination with the traditional service profit chain of internal services andexternal service definition, The thesis describes the present situation in themanagement of the equipment manufacturing industry in heilongjiang provincefrom the two aspects of internal services and external service, and studies therelevant problems and causes. Then this thesis analyzes the construction ofservice profit chain principle, basic module,module’s basic elements,therelationship between the basic constituent elements and their relationship, on this basis,the thesis builds service profit chain which suits equipment manufacturingenterprises.According to the new service profit chain, the thesis selects indexsystem of its key elements.In addition, this thesis also deeply analyzed theimplementation of the service profit chain,operation mode and its valuerealization. Finally, the thesis collects ten listed equipment manufacturingenterprises in Heilongjiang province,and uses the actual data of equipmentmanufacturing enterprise and the DEA method to carry out empirical analysis.According to the results of empirical analysis, the thesis puts forward the relatedsuggestions and measures of improving the efficiency of the equipmentmanufacturing enterprise service profit chain.
