Research On The Measurement And Relevance Of Logistics Capability And Efficiency In Shanxi Province

Shanxi Province is responding to China's economic development trend in the new era and is actively revitalizing its economy to response to the requirements of national macro-control.The logistics industry is an emerging industry that has developed rapidly in Shanxi Province following the coal industry.Shanxi Province should firmly grasp this development opportunity,and give full play to its own advantages,continuously break through the current economic difficulties,and accelerate the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in Shanxi Province.Therefore,studying the development status of Shanxi's logistics industry and the current difficulties,is conducive to the faster and better development of logistics industry in Shanxi Province.The more prosperous the logistics industry is,the more it can assist the economic development of Shanxi Province.And it can not only provide the new economic growth point for Shanxi Province,also make it out of the special period of industrial transformation and upgrading.Therefore,exploring the logistics capabilities,logistics efficiency and the correlation between the two in the development of the logistics industry is crucial to the future development of the logistics industry in Shanxi Province.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the related domestic and foreign literatures that include the regional logistics capability,logistics efficiency,the relationship between the two and logistics in Shanxi Province,then proposes the measurement and relevance research direction of logistics capacity and efficiency in Shanxi Province.It combines with other relevant research theories and analytical methods and uses factor analysis,the Super SBM model,the grey relational analysis method to quantitatively analyze the logistics capacity,logistics efficiency and the relationship between the two in Shanxi Province.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the logistics development status and the development factors of logistics capacity and logistics efficiency in Shanxi Province,and further analyzes the impact of logistics capacity improvement on logistics efficiency,and the impact of logistics efficiency improvement on logistics capabilities in Shanxi Province.At the same time,it makes a analysis of the theoretical correlation between logistics capacity and logistics efficiency in Shanxi Province.It is divided into two types:Shanxi Province's logistics capacity and logistics efficiency development trend are the same and different.The same development trend includes the same high and low of logistics capacity and logistics efficiency in Shanxi Province.The development trends are different,including Shanxi Province's strong logistics capacity and low logistics efficiency,and Shanxi's logistics capacity is weak and logistics efficiency is high.Secondly,according to the relevant construction principles of the evaluation index system,the evaluation index system of logistics capacity of each city in Shanxi Province and the evaluation index system of logistics efficiency of each city in Shanxi Province are constructed.Through factor analysis,the three main factors of F₁ development and expansion potential,F₂ operation ability and F₃basic support level are obtained,and the scores,comprehensive scores and rankings of the three main factors of 2010-2017 in the cities of Shanxi Province are obtained,and then the development status of logistics capacity in the cities are obtained.The Super SBM model is used to calculate the logistics efficiency of cities in Shanxi Province from 2010 to 2017.Through the comparative analysis of time trend and spatial changes,the development status of logistics efficiency in the cities of Shanxi Province are obtained.Furthermore,the paper makes a matching analysis of the logistics capacity and logistics efficiency of each city in Shanxi Province,and finds that there is a mismatch between the logistics capacity and logistics efficiency of each city.Then the gray correlation model is used to quantitatively calculate the correlation between the logistics capacity and logistics efficiency of each city in Shanxi Province.The relationship is F₂>F₃>F₁.Finally,aiming at the problems in the results,the paper from the three aspects of F₁,F₂ and F₃ comprehensively expounds the development strategies of logistics capacity and logistics efficiency in Shanxi Province.Among them,expanding operational capability and accelerating logistics capacity and efficiency transformation includes accelerating the development of professional talents,changing the logistics management model of Shanxi Province,and improving the logistics specialization level in Shanxi Province;improving the level of basic support and promoting logistics capacity and efficiency improvements includes broadening the construction of basic road network in Shanxi Province and promoting the construction of logistics information in Shanxi Province;mining the potential of development and expansion and promoting logistics capacity and efficiency reform includes guiding the consumption concepts of Shanxi Province,optimizing the logistics industry structure,enhancing the economic strength of Shanxi Province,and increasing the policy support of the Shanxi Provincial Government.Therefore,this provides a theoretical basis for the future development of logistics industry in Shanxi Province.In addition,the paper also points out the development direction that needs to continue to work hard in future research.
