Abstract/Summary:
This paper analyzes the credit risks in C-C of e-commerce transacti-ons and the measures taken by various website, the analysis shows the credit risk is the key factor which restricts the further development of e-commerce. Though the compulsory implementation of the third party payment can avoid the transaction cheat to some extent, but facilitate credit speculation at the same time. The existing credit rating system is deficient and can not avoid credit distortion causing by credit speculation and malicious evaluation, which will mislead users.The conclusions of this paper are as following:First, this paper analyzes the credit risks of C-C e-commerce mainly from two aspects:dishonesty in transaction caused by dishonesty in transaction because of asymmetric information and uncertainty of one side,and dishonesty in evaluation after transaction.Second, this paper used a economic model to analyze the reason for the dishonesty in transcation, the analysis shows the punishment is difficult to operate because of the high cost and the characteristics of the C-C transaction, which means the punishment rate and degree is low, so the persons in transaction prefer to cheat.Also,the paper presents current credit conditions in China C-C e-commerce by questionnaire survey.Third,the paper improved the existing credit rating system, and established the Multi-Level Evaluation & Multi-Factor Adjustment Credit Rating Model:build multi-level index system for evaluation, calculate credit scores adjusted by transaction amount and credit status of evaluator, and give a credit rating according to the accumulated credit score and the ratio of accumulated credit scoring.Fouth,the paper used the method of simulation to show the Multi-Level Evaluation & Multi-Factor Adjustment Credit Rating Model is more effective to resist the malicious evaluation than the old one, and thus encourages the honesty in e-commerce.
