Improving the farmers' income is the focus point of China's economic development at all times, although the marketing channels of the agricultural products is the key point. Currently the major problem of the field of agricultural supply and marketing is:the less of the farmers' information channels, the difficulty of selling vegetables, the low price of the purchasing of agricultural products, some agricultural products being monopolized by foreign enterprise in circulation, the high cost of the supply and marketing company (eg. supermaket), the unstable social prices. It is hoped that providing an new idea for these problems and a certain reference value for e-sales of the live and fresh agricultural products throuth discussing the whole process of e-commerce platform's construction of the live and fresh agricultural products.This article is divided into six parts. Chapter 1 gives a brief introduction to the status of the live and fresh agricultural products in our country, elaborates the research background, the current problems and the importance of the research. Chapter 2 introduces the necessity for constructing the whole process of e-commerce platform of the live and fresh agricultural products in our country, focuses on the analysis of the economic and social benefits to the platform. Chapter 3 gives a detailed introduction to the preliminary building programs and the technical architecture of the whole process of e-commerce platform of the live and fresh agricultural products in our country. Chapter 4 discusses the whole process of e-commerce platform of the live and fresh agricultural products from the standpoint of the implementation. Chapter 5 disserts the investment estimation and the operation maintenance of the whole process of e-commerce platform of the live and fresh agricultural products. Chapter 6 is the conclusion and the prospect.
