| In recent years, with the rapid development of our country economy and urbanization, the economic development model of the development zone has become the main mode to accelerate regional economic development. As the development zone has the features of production factors focused, industry concentration, radiating and promoting economic development of surrounding areas, development Zone have become an effective carrier to accelerate economic development. So the numbers of development zones of different levels and types have increased, but its quality was unsatisfactory. Efficient using of the land resources, is not only play an important role to its city's rapid and healthy development, but have a great significance to exactly guide the sound development of development zones. Therefore, it is great significance for the efficient use of the land zone to evaluate the economic efficiency of land use.Based on the study of land use economic theory, and present land use and economic development in Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone, this paper has established economic evaluation index system of land use from the perspective of land-use input and output. The AHP method has been used to determine the influence of economic efficiency indicators, and then the Fuzzy and Grey evaluation method have been used to analyze relationship between the characteristics, problems of land use and economic development in Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone. In this article, we chose 9 economic indicators for evaluation, used AHP to determine index weights, and took the Grey-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to horizontal analysis the economic efficiency of land use between Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone and other 7 state-level high-tech industrial development zone, and longitudinal analysis the Xi'an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone's economic efficiency of land use,2004-2008, and then made feasible suggestions to improve the economic efficiency of land-use. |
