Therefore, it is very important to complete the risk management of the BOT project.In the foundation of the research in the risk management of BOT project financing in domestic and foreign, under the background of the practice of BOT project in the domestic, this article has carried on the risk analysis and the risk management research to the road BOT project's construction and operation stage from the investor's angle. First, through the comprehensive analysis of the risk originates and characteristic of BOT financing project in our country, expound the particularity of the risk in the BOT project of highway construction, and emphatically analyze the main type of risk which our country BOT project of road will face, at the same time, from the angle of advantageous cognition divide the risk into the system risk and the non-system risk according to its controlling force, and taking this as the master line launch the discussion of risk assessment and management. Next, establish risk assessment indicator system, analysis the risk level and the importance sorting of the highway construction BOT project through the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation, in order to determine the level and importance of the main risk. Finally, unified our concrete national condition analysis the risk management mechanism of highway construction BOT project, and multi-analysis the concrete risk management measure and the method, and further analyze the risk shared, proposes the corresponding risk management measure separately in view of each kind of risk's characteristic to enhance the standards and the validity of risk management, and will provide the support and reference of theory to use the BOT way effectively in future.
