Research On Management Improvement Of Wheel And Axle Plant Of Guangzhou Railway Rolling Stock Works Based On Lean Six Sigma

Firstly, this paper set out from the three core questions which are cost , efficiency and quality of operation management of company , and bring forward a method of lean six sigma to realize the three goals.Secondly, this paper simply introduce Guangzhou Railway Rolling Stock Works and it's wheel and axle plant , and enumerate some questions about cost , efficiency and quality of wheel and axle plant, then bring forward goals of improvement.Thirdly, this paper use lean method to analyse craftwork flow, placement management and equipment of personal and facility, and optimize them. Then this paper use witness which is a simulation software of production system to simulate the improved examine and repair line in one month, and get satisfied solutions. Finally, in order to solve the questions of eligible rate of the first press and load of wheels , this paper use principles and tools of six sigma to analyse . Then the paper finds the reasons and give some suggestions.
