Study Of Volume-price Decision Method And Implementation Support System For Chemical Product

In recent years,domestic chemical industry is developing rapidly and its capacity is expanding continuously, then the marketing competition of chemical products becomes increasing Intensity.Price is an important factor still of affecting management decision in enterprise.It can seeks profit and avoids loss,grasp initiative of management decision that understand the change of marketing price timely.Therefore,it seems very important to forecast products price accurately. Another, on the basis of considering synthetically optimization of target profit,stock reasonable and other factors,it can obtain largest profit for enterprise that grasp opportunity and make volume and price decision to implement combine volume and price bester.Finally,it is inevitable requirements of situation developing that we search right decision support system to study and implementation method of volume-price decision for chemical product at tangle of enterprise management.This paper has studied the theory of grey system,volume-price decision and decision support system, has established price forecast model for chemical product, has proposed volume-price decision function, has designed and implemented volume-price decision support system for chemical product.The study work of this paper as follows:(1) Price forecast model for chemical product is established and verificated which is based on grey system theory.I have learned and studied the theory of grey system,have strived to deal with historical price datas of chemical product throught the mechanism of grey forecast model,search for its inherent laws,thus conduct scientific forecast.It is use the basis of GM(1,1) modeling,feasibility analysis,step and accuracy test to establish the price forecast model for chemical product, and then find the trend of the chemical product price in short-term or medium-term,prepare for product pricing.Then the model has verificated by two examples, in particular,the second example was amended,and the result of forecast was analysed.(2)Volume-price decision function for chemical product is proposed and analysed by positive. Against the situation while enterprise conducts volume-price decision, except considering the factor of profit,also considering the factors of the balance of produce and sell,stock reasonable,I try to propose a kind of volume-price decision function that it can make rational volume-price decision under the price of current marketing and its corresponding sales volume, planning sales volume and its corresponding sales price,stock cost and fluctuation rate of yield on the basis of forecasting price later. Then, volume-price decision function above-mentioned is verificated in fact.While analysising economy activity afterwards,the decision is proved effectively.(3) Volume-price decision support system for chemical product is designed and implemented. On the basis of forecasting price for chemical product and studying volume-price decision,I have completed overall designing program of volume-price decision support system for chemical product. Designing target,designing program,system demand and developmental environment,system structure and visitant security are included in overall designing program. I also have completed design all kinds of functions, implements and analyses of applicable examples. Information query module,statistical analysis module,price forecast module,volume-price decision module and system management module are included in design of functions.In implements and analyses of applicable actual examples,this paper not only realized related modules, but also verificated whole system process for actual examples. Establishment of system can increase ability of management decision-makers grasping and controlling market,improve sales results,raise enterprise competitiveness etc.In a word,study of this paper not only ensures that product price can reach right place for sale,but also ensures that the sales volume can be completed well to some extent,takes a key effect for chemical enterprise standing invincible position.
