Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), as the key technology of the smart grids, has become one of the research hotspots recently. The research of AMI mostly focuses on the smart meters and communication technology, and only a few researches have been reported about the optimization decision of electricity price scheme, whereas, a reasonable residential electricity price scheme is the fundamental premise of AMI. The dissertation focuses on the study of optimization decision system of residential electricity price scheme, which includes the electricity price scheme evaluation technology, residential side guidance and electricity price correction. The main work is as follows:1. A kind of the electricity price decision system is proposed. On basis of the master station of AMI system, the price scheme function is firstly established, so as to choose the optimal price scheme and provide the electricity price signal for residents. Furthermore, a family intelligent power system is designed to guide the resident for economizing on electricity by applying the Home Area Network of AMI. Wherein, the master station of AMI system is served to collect the power data of residents for correcting the price scheme.2. Economic principles, such as the linear expenditure principle, etc., are employed to calculate evaluation index. The electricity price scheme evaluation index system, based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), is the key technology of optimization decision system of residential electricity price scheme, in which the fuzzy membership function is used ro arrange the index score in the scope of 60 and 100, and the AHP is used to calculate the index weight and obtain the comprehensive evaluation value, such that the optimal price can be selected according to the comprehensive evaluation value.3. A smart household electricity planning is proposed, based upon the physical structure and function design of smart household intelligent power utilization system. The smart household electricity planning is the application of electricity price scheme system in the residential side, which is used to guide economizing on electricity for residents. Moreover, the smart household electricity planning strategy is established, by combining the electricity price scheme and personalized settings of user, wherein the start and stop time is used as the control variable, and the electricity expense and comfort is considered as the objective function. The simulation examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed smart household electricity planning, which can effectively economize on the electricity by maintaining the comfort index.
