The rapid growth of each enterprise is an enterprise the pursuit of the goal, and is also an important source of social wealth increment. The decisive factor about enterprise growth, schools are made from different angles, and today, more and more scholars study the growth will focus on the leadership behavior, they think leadership behavior of enterprise growth speed plays an important role, and explain some scholars argue that leadership behavior can not only directly affect the enterprise growth, but also can affect the enterprise staffs attitude, based on the previous research, this paper mainly studies in leadership behavior and attitude to staff the mediating role of enterprise internal mechanism, and emphatically discussed the transformational leadership behavior and business growth of employees in different changes in attitudes and conclusion.Leadership, which is the effectiveness of the leaders of the study, is an important research topic in management theory. At present, the main from western leader will be divided into transactional leadership and transformational leadership behavior.Transactional leadership characteristics are emphasized in the leaders and the exchange, the men exist between a contractual trading. And the whole article summarizes the research framework, using the method of special research shows the innovation.Chapter 2 is concentrating on leadership behavior theory and growth of enterprises research literatures. From the previous literature summary and sums up the current leadership behavior, analyzes their characteristics, Explain the enterprise growth in different periods of different standards, and from different Angle discusses the essence of enterprise growth. Then, we discussed the leadership behavior and growth of enterprises, and the relationship between research and literature review mentioned staff and leadership behavior between the previous research achievements attitude. In summary, on the basis.of previous literature research and we according to its limitation, puts forward the leadership behavior, attitude, enterprise growth of employees.Chapter 3 to chapter 5 is the key point of this research. We established the' preceding chapters of the proposed model and working hypothesis, and the design of test, small-scale questionnaire analysis and test after begin by data collection and analysis, all sorts of leadership behavior and growth of enterprises, and according to the research on relationship, this paper analyzed the employee attitude in the transformational leadership behavior and business growth in the medium. Chapter 6 is the research achievements and deficiency of future prospects.
