Research On The Price And Admittance Regulation On Military Industry

Military industry has obvious characteristics of monopoly, as a special industry. In the development of it, the government plays an important role. From the views of rules and regulations, there are several questions in the military industry, such as strict admittance regulation and so on. In the paper, it main introduces price regulation and admittance regulation in military in order to make better effectiveness and efficiency.Permitting private enterprises to enter into national defense industry and participate in the R&D of military products is one of the important policy transformations.Experiences of private enterprises'participation in national defense industry in foreign countries suggest that it can promote transformation of national defense industry and make good price for a military product.In the paper, first, some related research on price and admittance regulation of military industry is listed and summary related research experience. Second, some foreign regulation experiences are introduced, compared with domestic military industry. The last is the core of the paper. It introduces the existing regulation problems in a view of economy and provides some suggestion. In the price regulation, dissimilarity of contract type can be used for different levels military products on the base of different characteristic, such as secrecy and quality and so on. In order to explain the price construction, a price model can be introduced in the paper.In admittance regulation, it should stress the importance of quality, secrecy, law and so on. It is a good idea to establish a professional regulations organization to enhance direct intendance.
