Six Sigma was born in 1987 in Motorola, it has more than 20 years history on many famous companies in the world and achieved good result. But for most Chinese enterprises, until the best-selling books introduced the GE and GE's former CEO Jack Welch's in 2001, many entrepreneurs in the study of GE's success was found the Six Sigma management. Chinese enterprises has just started the study of Six Sigma.As a systematic, feasible and proven method of successful management, for Chinese enterprises in the growing competition of the market environment, in order to obtain in the domestic and international market, maintain the company's competitive advantage, promote Six Sigma has an important significance. Therefore, Lenovo became the first companies to introduce Six Sigma, and then Acuma, Haier, China Ocean Shipping Group Company, Chengdu Aircraft Engines Co., and other businesses have promoted Six Sigma. However, because of the shorter time to developing Six Sigma, the theoretical study of Six Sigma is not deep enough, but to change the course of the expected lack of resistance, so the process of Six Sigma in the promotion of some enterprises from the detour, not able to achieve the desired results successfully.Seven years ago I joined in GE company, through professional training for Six Sigma as well as the actual case studies, I has a very highly of this excellent management tool. After that, I found that some companies eager to promote the Six Sigma but can not find the breakthrough, some enterprises even used inappropriate methods which lead to achieve very little. Therefore, I hope that through my own learning, practice, summed up some successful reasons for Chinese enterprises to promote the recommendations and suggestions of Six Sigma, to help companies better manage the implementation of Six Sigma.Many articles about Six Sigma are discussed about the specific implementation of Six Sigma processes, such as how to choose CTQ (critical-point quality customers), how to determine the projects, how to use minitab tool, DMAIC methodology introduced……these articles focus on a specific Six Sigma operation. But in fact, to be a truly successful implementation of Six Sigma, optical understand of the process or the use of statistical tools will be necessary, but should be based on market conditions, through an analysis of the background of enterprises, as well as the actual cases that can sum up a truly prepared to promote the implementation of Six Sigma Since Six Sigma introduced into China with a short time, it is also rare in the theory and practice, tracking the process of enterprises to promote Six Sigma and summary of the article, so as to achieve business success to help promote the desired objective.I believes that Chinese companies want to learn best management practices to enhance the level of their management, but due to a late start of Chinese enterprises, our management have a large gap with internationally renowned multi-national corporations. Therefore, Chinese enterprises in the promotion of pre-Six Sigma management mode can not just rely on copying the successful model of foreign enterprises, they should first analyze the success or failure of the promotion of reason, from the enterprise to start the actual situation, a thorough analysis of customer concerns CTQ (the quality of the key points), to identify entry points to promote Six Sigma projects, and set up by the leadership team to take the lead to promote the program. For many Chinese enterprises, the implementation of successful Six Sigma, we should got support from leadership and work together in harmony to promote Six Sigma, to determine a good full-time staff and Six Sigma Black Belt team, and then discuss with customers to determine the CTQ, Through systematic experimental design and data analysis to work out how to improve the process, and to test result through the actual process of improvement, to achieve the original intention to promote Six Sigma.The purpose of this thesis is through a brief background and some knowledge about Six Sigma, then share some success stories with reader to enhance the management of this outstanding recognition. And then focusing on the study of Chinese enterprises to promote the Six Sigma process, sum up a number of errors and difficult, to find some solutions in order prior to the implementation of Six Sigma improvement. The focus of this thesis is that the Chinese enterprises on the implementation of Six Sigma critical success factors, including the matching of corporate strategy, the correct implementation of the strategy, the corresponding cultural framework, the appropriate resources into, etc. And so on, at the same time by each of the key factors specific analysis, clearly pointed out the direction of the successful implementation of Six Sigma to enable enterprises to promote the course in the face of careful and arduous work, it can really be fast and efficient process to improve the management model for enterprise survival and development success.This thesis topic is focused on the analysis of enterprises to promote the difficult process of Six Sigma, as well as the successful implementation of the key factors to empirical research on the means to carry out in order to reach a conclusion. In this thesis, some information used to directly select the GE company's internal training materials in order provide some theoretical guidance and useful examples of effective analysis, to help enterprises to better learning. This thesis is based on the characteristics of Chinese enterprises to promote the status of Six Sigma, summed up the process of Chinese enterprises in the promotion of some of the errors and difficulties, to promote an effective Six Sigma in the right-to-business management.Promotion of Six Sigma in Chinese companies is very useful, but is also a long-term arduous task. Six Sigma is a very wide scope of application of management tools, both manufacturing and services, whether it is production or sales department, business can use this tool to carry out a variety of continuous improvement in all aspects, some projects may be immediate, some may follow-up of the project takes a long time to improve. However, as long as improvements in the pursuit of excellence, you can use Six Sigma, because Six Sigma data analysis is the basis of excellence.China's accession to the WTO in the context of the market, Chinese enterprises are faced great competition with local enterprises and multinational companies, in the great pressure market environment, the traditional management model and corporate culture will be challenged. Chinese enterprises need to strengthen management skill, enable to become the winner, participated in the fierce competition to find the opportunity to develop business, and through the efforts of enterprises to take the initiative to create a more spacious future. Six Sigma management skill is a market-tested management practices in different industries and enterprises with good improve efficiency, help company obtain long-term competitiveness of a management strategy. China has some of the successful implementation of Six Sigma companies, as well as more enterprises are beginning to promote Six Sigma as a quality management, Six Sigma management in Chinese enterprises will have good development.
