When people memorize the painful lessons of East Asian financial crisis in1997,2007, a global financial crisis, originated in the United States, rapidly spread without any view. the global economic integration trends are becoming apparent today, the financial crisis impact the occurrence of greater intensity than the previous times, reaching wider, causing more serious consequences, and even the United States, Western Europe, Japan and other major developed economies have already presented recessionary trends. As China's economic dependence on foreign trade is as high as nearly 70%, and china is the world's third largest trading nation, exports are driving China's rapid growth, it also has been an important driving force of economic growth. In particular, after China's accession to the WTO, foreign trade maintained rapid growth,from 2002 to 2007,6 consecutive years of growth at more than 20% in 2008 despite the international financial crisis, total imports and exports maintained a growth rate of 17.8%. Meanwhile, net exports contributed to economic growth is also increasing, according to constant price terms, average annual contribution of 2002-2008 growth of net exports to GDP is rate 1.4 percentage points, the contribution rate of 13.4%, and to maintain China's economic steady, rapid development have played an important role. Thus, the emergence of the crisis of China's exports will inevitably cause some negative impacts. And often accompanied by the advent of every crisis, will inevitably bring about the prevalence of trade protectionism. In this case, China's export trade will suffer a certain degree of crisis, especially for the higher degree of openness is especially true in coastal areas and industries. How to deal with this situation, to avoid causing even greater impact on China to ensure the steady growth of export trade is that we must face today's problems.there are great impacts on China's export enterprises that face the crisis:If the trade level of exports and trade surplus decreased; exports decreased corporate profits, liquidity and rising unemployment under unfavorable conditions, this paper attempts from international trade theoretical development to proceed, in analyzing the financial crisis on the basis of the impact of China's exports, through further exploring the history of China's commodity exports and the crisis in the causes of the decline of China's exports in order to find a reduction of financial crisis on China's export trade and the impact of the economic sphere, assurance and promote exports stable, healthy and rapid development of countermeasures, as well as one to make China's export enterprises to take this opportunity to promptly adjust the industrial structure, vigorously improve the product's technical content and added value to resist the crisis, the growth of development.The article is divided into six. The first chapter is introductory, the second chapter is the reform and opening policies of China's merchandise exports in the course of the review, the third chapter is from the present situation of China's exports to the current financial crisis, the adverse impact of China's exports, the fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the decline in exports.Chapter V is about an external difficulties, Chapter VI is of countermeasures and proposals.
