The change of social economy structures, the improvement of information technologies and the magnification of enterprises'scales urge to the emergence of diversified uncertain factors, which will lead to the increase of risk factors enterprises faced. Enterprises will suffer from disastrous financial loss with inappropriate risk measures. Enterprise risk involves broad aspects including something related to production and management, such as each link about new product development, development and management of product market. And risk exists in the whole life time from the start to finish, i.e., it is always surrounded with living space and continued time of enterprise. So, enterprises have realized the importance and impendency of carrying out risk management gradually. Risk identification is the base and precondition of risk management, which has a very important significance in the improvement of emergency ability. One of the purposes of risk identification is to carry out risk measures in the process of risk management. The other purpose is to select the most appropriate risk treatment scheme. The method for identifying risk factors is the theoretical guidance to carry out the corresponding work. The main task of risk identification is to identify all kinds of risk factors enterprise may faced and further rank and classify them in order to take risk control measures according to the identification result. So, it is necessary to study the method for identifying risk factors.The research in this paper focuses on the framework and method for identifying risk factors. The objective and significance of this research lies in:firstly, expanding the concept of risk factor identification to support the corresponding task of enterprises efficiently; secondly, constructing a framework of risk factor identification to supervise corresponding enterprise practical work; then, proposing a method for identifying risk factors with hybrid correlative information, which would lay the foundation of application; and finally, providing a case study on risk factor identification to illustrate the application of proposed framework and method.This thesis finishes the work in the following three aspects:(1) The relevant concept of risk factor identification is defined and the framework of risk factor identification is proposed. Based on the universal definition, the framework of risk factor identification is constructed to supervise the practical work.(2) A method for identifying risk factor with hybrid correlative information is proposed. Considering the different preference of experts, evaluation information with different formats and granularity is given to facilitate them express their opinions. Core risk factors, cause ones and effect ones can be identified by ranking and classifying risk factors. Based on the identification result, corresponding risk control measures are given to provide a reference for decision makers of enterprises.(3) The application case study of risk factor identification is carried out. Taking a large scale architecture enterprise for example, which is in the course of dynamic alliance construction, the application of the proposed framework and method is carried out in the case analysis.In addition, the research production and conclusion of the thesis are summarized. Furthermore, the contribution, limitation and future research of this paper are presented.
