Employee psychological contract refers to the mutual obligation perceived by employees among the reciprocal relationships of employees and organization. It includes two facets:Organization obligations to employees and Employee obligations to organization. Compared to economic contract, psychological contract is also a dominant factor in determining the attitude and obligation of employees towards organization although most of the content of psychological contract are ambiguous and implicit. Psychological contract, therefore is one of the important research topics in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior.Based upon previous research on psychological contract, psychological contract violation theory, this study examined the impact of psychological contract breaches on attitude of employee from non-state-own company.This paper includes five parts:the first part of the introduction, on the main topics of significance, Recalling the relevant domestic and international research and theory of its com-mentaries, this paper clearly the contents and methods, Among the proposed innovations and limitations; The second part discusses the psychological contract and breach of the part of the psychological contract meaning in-depth analysis of the psychological contract features and the content of the psychological contract breach theoretical basis and the formation process; article 3,4,5 This paper is part of the focus, pointed out the problems that exist and to analyze the causes; the fourth part, the through the preparation of the questionnaire, Part V, According to qualitative analysis and empirical analysis, psychological contract staff made against the on circumvention measures and the follow-up to that vision and the significance of the study.
