The Analysis Of Causal Effect Of China's Enterprise Pension System

The enterprise pension is one of the three pillars of the pension system in our country,and is an important part of the plan about the employee's welfare.From 1991 till now,the development of enterprise pension in our country has been twenty years,though we have gained the great achievement,but we slso have any questions in this process. In this article,we represent the relate theory about enterprise pension,and complete,systematic and some foreign countries in the implementation of the enterprise pension system,analysis ,and our current review of the enterprise pension system to implement the results of its problems by improving our proposed solution for enterprise pension system.This text is in order to analysis of causal effect of China's enterprise pension system .It divides five parts altogether; First part contents introductory theory; The content of the second part of article is introduction to the enterprise pension, analysis of the related theory about the enterprise pension system in development; The content of the third part of article annuity system of the development process and characteristics of each phase; The fourth detailed part through the implementation, tax policy, the investment pattern, the local area of a different angle, analyse our current enterprise pension system in the implementation of the present situation and problems; The content of the fifth part of article to optimize the resources of our enterprise pension system.
