In recent years, with continued improvement in operating conditions of state-owned enterprises, many enterprises, especially the central level, have been among the world's top 500 companies list, the operating results receiving worldwide attention, but as to the distribution of corporate profits, the community was highly controversial. In "Central State-owned capital gains received Interim Measures," for different industries, different types of central state-owned enterprises are given the proportion of profits paid the required ratio that were 10%, 5%, and 3-year suspension handed or exempted. According to the situation of some state-owned monopolies' profitability, that is, the ratio of the highest standard of 10%, still the low side. A lot of profit in the enterprise, is not conducive to the state-owned capital appreciation, and also is not conducive to the realization of social equity. This article from the perspective of national and social interests, at the macro level, the distribution of profits on the issue of state-owned enterprises to explore, and proposes to solve the distribution of state-owned profit with some of the comments and recommendations. I believe that, the distribution of profits in state-owned enterprises. the state and enterprises should be on a reasonable position, defining their own goals and tasks. States should also be reasonable to develop state-owned enterprises profit distribution policy to improve the competitive ratio of accrual of profits, and extract monopoly profits of monopolistic state-owned enterprises to strengthen the supervision and management of state-owned enterprise profits. When necessary, using the competition to break monopolies in some state-owned enterprises. State-owned enterprises that turn over to the redistribution of profits should be more inclined to low-income groups and social welfare undertakings, appropriate reduction in production and operation expenditure, and the full establishment of state-owned profit-sharing accounts as a result of national dividends. Then the state-owned enterprises' operating results will benefit all people, while acts of state-owned enterprises can also play a supervisory role.
