Research On Recuperating Model Of Manager's Psychosomatic Health

With the increasingly developed construction of the market economy in China, enterprises, faced with fiercer competition and challenges, have placed more pressure on managers, which also has brought psychosomatic health problems to them. Modern medical treatment usually tackles with sickness only after it already acts on people and thus may result in irreparable suffering and loss to individuals as well as to enterprises from the point of economics. Therefore, it is imperative to find a systematic recuperating mode which can prevent against illness. Paper combines the theory of risk management to recuperate the manager's psychosomatic health. Firstly, the paper introduces the present health state of managers in China and losses when they fall seriously ill -- Risk Identification, and analyzes direct economical gains and losses at different ages--Risk Measurement. Then, it points out six risk source which influence managers'psychosomatic health and categorize them into two aspects: working and health cultivating. Presenting the definitions of the two aspects, the paper analyzes the relation between working and health cultivating of these managers. Because of issues in the implementation of health management in our country and differences between Chinese and Western medicine concepts, paper next suggests that the concept of"treating before suffering"of TCM be referred to take care of our managers -- Risk Control ,and specific nursing methods are also presented. Finally, the paper compares the working and health cultivating of our managers in the light of the functions of Yin and Yang of TCM, and applies the concept of"Yang primary and Yin following"which conditions imbalance of Yin and Yang. Thus, the paper establishes a recuperating model of manager's psychosomatic health–Model of Risk Control, which bases on the concept that Yin and Yang should be balanced in one's body, and illustrates the importance of it proved by both positive and negative examples, and proposes application of"Physique Classification and Determination of TCM"standard to determine the status of their health --Risk Monitoring.
