The 21st century is an era of innovation. In order to adapt to the needs of innovation, Organizational structure should also be made some corresponding adjustments. The mode of management on creative team is produced to meet the need-of the times. Different economic subjects have different research objects for creative team. Enterprise creative team mainly studies that how scientific knowledge is turned into technology to serve the human. It is a combination of the scientific results and the demand of market that creates the social wealth. The creative team is the core and soul of the innovative enterprise. To strengthen the creative team-building of innovative enterprises is the premise of holding key competitiveness for innovative enterprises. Therefore this topic has practical significance.Under the background of above content, the author begins with the theoretical analysis associated with the team of the management science. The author explains the definition, classification and requirement of building team in creative teams. Facing the current circumstance of Chinese creative teams especially in Anhui Province, the author starts to analyze the primary existing common problems and causes of the creative teams. And then the author explores the principles, methods and specific measures of team-building for creative teams. The leading measures include to establish an effective incentive mechanism which are mainly based on distribution mechanism, to form a unique team culture, to emphasis on training and creative team leaders'function, to set a pool of talent available, to build the informal platforms which are conducive between team members and team interaction. Finally the author analyses the instance for creative teams of Hefei Sanyo Electric Co., LTD., in detail, and puts forward some issues which Sanyo's creative teams should pay attention to. Through the research of the paper, the author strives to provide some useful advice for Chinese creative teams' construction of innovative enterprises.
