Empirical Study On Factors For Reverse Logistics In Cell Phone Industry

With progressing of science technique and raising of people's living standard, the cell phone gradually becomes people essential home articles, especially the people's renewal changes to the speed of product generation is speeding,with differing of the cellular phone product quality , the cell phone reverse logistics became the problem that the cell phone industry could not neglect .Because our country have not taken high attention to it and is subjected to a technique, outlet and manages the influence of system etc. in the meantime, reverse logistics still has many problems in cell phone industry in our country.This paper based on a great deal of research, combined related research theories ,put forward top influencing factors of cell reverse logistic ,such as government, business strategy, logistics channel, logistics organization, logistics system and logistics technique etc. and put forward to evaluate key index sign to the reverse logistics results on theories of divide equally integral calculus card. I have already had results to show the top design questionnaire of the foundation that the achievement measures two forms in the reference. In carrying on the foundation that usefulness and credibility analyze to the recall questionnaire, finally adopt usefulness, credibility, factorization, related analysis and regression to analyze etc. various analysis methods to carry on a statistics to the substantial evidence survey data analysis, At last, I get following important conclusion: The important factor of influencing the cellular phone reverse logistics is government and logistics system, the important factor encourages for the policy with logistics information to manage system, important impact factor replies production manufacturer for the government revenue from tax special discount, the government should build up an effective information management to the operator and the sale company's subsidy the system and information handle system. The main work I have done in this paper is, according to the foundation of domestic and international related research and the summary ,comes out the results of the cell phone reverse logistics to evaluate system and related impact factor. Based on research, I take some advise to make up shortage of current research.
