The Prospect Research On Smes Implementing Fourth-Party Logistics In China

With information technology advancing, the impact of logistics industry in promoting the development of economy is increasingly prominent, and logistics industry has become a very important competitive domain. The increasingly fierce market competition demands enterprises grasping higher ability in all aspects , the traditional "self-Logistics" in the inside of enterprises is obviously not further satisfy the operation requirement of modern enterprises on "high-efficiency, low cost", in the face of increasingly diversified and personalized logistics, the services ability of three party logistics are also insufficient. Under such background, the fourth party logistics (4PL) which appears in recent is being one kind of new operation pattern to help enterprises reducing operation cost of the outsourcing service.On the base of the feature of SMEs'logistics in the level of management, the use efficiency and the level of logistics service to be low, as well as the logistics resource be disperse, small, weak and constitutive surplus, which, to a great extent, not only harmed the competitive power of the SMEs, but has seriously wasted social resource of our country.This thesis studies that the fourth-party logistics takes a key role on the aspects of integration the social logistics resources, improving the efficiency and reducing costs of the SMEs'logistics , As well as, it also studies the stability, conditions and cooperation power on the SMEs implementation fourth party logistics by using of evolutionary game theory. As the same time, it analyzes that the SMEs are able to reduce the logistics cost and create a greater economic value through implementing fourth party logistics. Finally, this article proposes some related measures to solve the problems in the respects of SMEs implementing the fourth-party logistics, in order to promote the SMEs to implement fourth-party logistics.
