Research On The Influence Of The Enlarging Enrollment Of Higher Education To Our Country's Economics Growth And Industry Structure

Under this situation, our country started to carry out the policy of enlarging the enrollment of higher education in order to expand the demand of our country market. Scholars have come to an agreement on the actions of short influence of the enrollment and they consider tuition, the coat of living of the student and the investment of the country will greatly improve country's economic. This paper analyzed the influence of the enrollment of higher education to our country's economics.The pulling action of the enrollment of higher education is definitely existed. But the precise number of this influence is determined by the spillover effect and the crowding-out effect. According to our analyze, without considering the crowding-out effect, enlarging the enrollment of higher education has little influence to our country's economic growth and its contribution to every year's GDP is less than 0.5%.The primary effect of enlarging the higher education is the long term effect to our country's economic structure by the human resource which comes from the people graduated from the university. This paper analyzes enlarging the enrollment's influence to the economic structure. It brought a lot of human capital and making secondary and tertiary industries formed normal flow of talent. Also, education is the primary way for the unemployed people of the agriculture to integrate into the secondary and tertiary industries.Finally, the article gives policy recommendations. Get rid of urban-rural dual structure, improving the scholarships, grants system, improve colleges and universities to give college a flexible fee system, as well as the professional setting will greatly increase the power of higher education enrollment in the training in line with China's economic development needs of personnel efficiency and promote China's economic development.
