Research On Problems About Heilongjiang Higher Education Development Stimulating Regional Economy Development

Higher education and economic development are complementary and mutually reinforcing, higher education must adapt itself to social and economic development. Only like this, it will serve as a catalyst for economic development; otherwise it will impede economic development. Therefore, higher education should comply with economic development. Based on the relationship between higher education and economic development, the article gives a comprehensive analysis of problems for Higher Education and Economic Development in Heilongjiang Province. It also puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The article will discuss the questions in three parts.The first part: it gives an introduction of the relevant theory about development of higher education and economic development, higher education should coordinate with economic development, which will boost the region's economic growth; if regional economy is backward, it will definitely affect the development of higher education.The second part: it takes Heilongjiang Province an example, analyzed higher education's role in economic development, including an analysis of the current situation and economic development of Heilongjiang Province, and the relationship between economic development and the development of higher education.The third part: In reference to the harmony of domestic economic development and higher education, for example, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta region, it puts forward the countermeasure about higher education and economic development of Heilongjiang Provinces, including government should give full play to the role of macro-economic control and guidance, higher education and economic development should rely on each other. In the end, the article tries to realize the theory that higher education can stimulate the development of Heilongjiang economy.
