| With the development and spread of the supply chain's managerial technique, its hierarchy has become more and more complex and its scope turns broader. The application of the skills such as exquisite produces, JIT and zero inventories not only brings in huge benefits for the enterprises, but also makes their emergency ability fragility. When risks come, many companies'regular work will be compulsively interrupted; the marketing share will be reduced and even goes into bankrupting. So it's very crucial to make a right strategy for a supply chain to treat with the emergency and give an enterprise a strong guarantee.This paper takes the problems of a manufacturing supply chain's interior emergency as the main research object and focused on the emergency management in the supply system. In the paper, firstly, it raises many hypotheses to simulate the real world, including establishing the manufacturer's center status, creating a new concept of emergency degree to classify the supplies. Secondly, under the emergency environment it uses game theory model to analyze the benefit conflicts between manufacturer and supplier to avoid the suppliers cheat on the manufacturer, which can get the purpose of getting the real situation from suppliers. Then with the research of the above analysis, it makes a dynamic emergency response plan leading by manufacturer to lessen the loss, resume the operation in the chain and promote cooperation between partners in the future. |
