Today, financial globalization has brought a new opportunity for rapid development of China's commercial banks, China's financial system is also reform deeply. As the city commercial banks, HRCB must also be operational to break the original pattern as soon as possible, to establish the management concepts which to adapt to the times, in such circumstances, it require to explore and establish the more effective business management models as quickly as possible, therefore, the construction of corporation culture has become a serious problem.In this paper, we use HRCB of Handan commercial bank as object of study. And on this basis, analysis of the status of HRCB and the problems with the corporate culture; After sum up the problems, with the actual situation of HRCB design the bank's corporate culture construction system in detail, respectively from the spirit cultural construction, material cultural construction, institutional cultural construction and behavior cultural construction of four aspects to construct the system.
