The cold chain refers to perishable, fresh product in the production, processing, storage, transportation, sales s is always under the low temperature in order to ensure food quality, reduce food consumption in a systematic project. Mainly used in dairy products (yogurt, Paul milk), ham, cooked food, fruits and vegetables, fresh meat, aquatic products, eggs, flowers, some medicines, accounting for the majority of people in their daily diet consumption. China's raw production, consumption is enormous, more than 80% of them have been taken at room temperature means of circulation, the cold chain development is faced with enormous development opportunities and severe challenges.In this paper, strategic management theory is introduced in the food industry cold chain management process, through macro-analysis of the cold chain industry, and micro-level analysis of typical cases of food businesses to explore, in-depth study of the food industry the formation and mechanism of cold-chain strategy.Creative idea for this paper as below:Base on the status comparison and analysis between domestic and oversea ,using strategic management theory to figure out issues and provide solution.Compare cold chain logistics solution of some food companies, using SWOT analysis.Summarize the good experience to provide benchmark for food industry base on M company strategic management logistics model case study.
