| It is a key era that the agriculture in our country is changing rapidly from traditional to mordent. So the characters of the agricultural pattern, agricultural technology and the production behavior of the peasants are changing obviously. The agricultural technology is changing to industrial integration, facilities and equipment, high-tech, information well-be-used and eco-conservation. These factors determine that the channels to acquire agricultural technology by peasant will be more diversiform, the range of science and technology requirement will be broader, the level of the technology will be higher. In order to fulfill the science and technology requirement of the peasant better in new era, improve the level and efficiency of the agricultural technology extension and accelerate the development of agricultural science and technology. Establishment of the docking mechanism of supply and demand on agricultural science and technology which suit to the current agricultural and characteristic of demands are needed.Based on the above background and the empirical investigation of Zhenhai area, city of Ningbo, Zhejiang province in rapid economic development period, the characteristics of its current agricultural, agricultural science and technology demand and supply were studied. By using of empirical methods of analysis and argumentation theory, An effective docking mechanism of supply and demand in the Agricultural Technology were discussed from five dimensions i.e. constructing multivariate model, establishment of regional-based extension agency, innovation of agricultural technology extension content, improvement and optimization methods and improvement of participation of peasants. The results of above research have important practical guidance for establishing and promoting the basic Agricultural Extension System, supplying the agricultural products, and promoting the absorption and the conversion rate of agricultural science and technology. |
