| With the increasingly fierce global competition and the rapid development of society, the individual spirit of innovation, which is the foundation of organizational innovation, will have a direct relationship to survival and development of enterprises.Developing and nurturing innovative spirit has been more and more valued by enterprises and society. Studying initiative of employees from the perspective of positive psychology to research the impact of proactive personality and work motivation on innovative spirit and their relationship is conducive to managers to take effective measures to train innovation of staff in the management in enterprise.On the basis of a number of related documents, the studying combines with individual interviews, expert assessment, and questionnaire methods to choose 570 employees from governments and enterprises as research subjects, selects the proactive personality scale, work preference inventory and innovation inventory for the measurement tool, uses correlation analysis, variance analysis, hierarchical regression analysis method, to discuss the relationship between proactive personality, motivation and innovative spirit, and the intermediary role of work motivation. First, the study discusses the basic characteristics of staff about the motivation and innovative spirit. Second, the study discusses the mutual relationship between proactive personality, motivation and innovative spirit. Finally, the intermediary role of work motivation between proactive personality and the spirit of innovation are discussed.This study concluded that:1.Proactive personality has significant positive effects on innovative spirit of employees;2.Work motivation of the employees has significant positive effects on innovative spirit of employees;3.Proactive personality has significant positive impact on the work motivation of employees;4.Work motivation exists a certain medium influence on the relationship between proactive personality and the spirit of innovation. |
