The private economy is playing an important role in china's socialist market economy. And it is speeding the social development increasingly. So as the main vector of private economy, the private enterprises have been taken more and more attentions from government and society. However the average operating life of the private enterprises is just 3.5 years and the staff turnover rate is up to 50%. What's more, it is worse for the private enterprises in the northwest areas where the economy is poor. Tumly and Feldman have proposed that the reaction of the staff can be summarized in to four categories when the employee psychological contract violation occurred, of which the most important one is resign. So the appropriate management of the psychological contract for the employees can improve the enterprise satisfaction and reduce staff turnover rate obviously. Due to psychological contract is dynamic, which requires companies carry out the appropriate strategies for the staff who are at the different level and with different characteristics. This article analysis the data collected form 442 different staff in the 8 private enterprises in the northwest, basing on theoretical analysis. Firstly, getting the current psychological contract situation through the Compare Means Test and the Descriptive Statistics Analysis by knowing about the responsibilities the employees should have for the enterprises. The research shows that the effectiveness of the psychological contract is not very high for the employees who work at northwest private enterprises, the average score is just only 3.Secondly,by the One-Way ANOVA Analysis,I can get the result that there are obvious different psychological contract among the people with different level in the northwest companies,showing that the psychological contract violation rate for burst-level employees is the highest, followed by technical staff,managers are relatively low. Through the Linear Analysis to get the main five factors which influent the different workers' psychological contract, and then give some effective strategies for developing their psychological contract according to their own characters.
