At the first, this article analyzes the necessity and importance of entrepreneurial manager's performance evaluation and motivation, then in-depth analysis of the key factors of performance evaluation, to determine the performance evaluation of the organization, objects, t objectives and criteria. In this paper, from a financial, customer, internal operations, individuals in four areas to assess the manager's performance, the use of relevant theory selected targets constitute a valid manager's performance evaluation index system. For the application of the results of performance appraisal, it is mainly applied to managers, the short-term incentives. In the long-term incentives, this paper make an analysis of the most commonly used options of the lack of incentives, discussed the characteristics of the virtual method and feasibility of options in the last part. |
