| This paper establishes the economic vulnerability index system from the population, resource, environment, economy and society based on the research in the conception and influence factor of economic vulnerability, determines the weight of each index, takes Hebei province to appraise, finds out the problem of it and then puts forward the corresponding suggestion. According to the characteristics of the topic, the paper combines AHP and grey clustering analysis.First of all,the paper starts with the conception and appraisement of the vulnerability , introduces the development of the domestic and international separately, especially introducing the different expatiate of vulnerability between different scholars, sums up the connotation of vulnerability. According to the connotation, the paper describes it from the population, resource, environment, economy and society, and then settles the theory base to the selection of the economic vulnerability index.Secondly, the paper puts forward the basis of economic vulnerability assessment from theory, constructs the economic vulnerability appraisal index system model, adopts AHP to fix on measurement significance,appraises comprehensively with weight sum method, and then sets up the appraisal model and standard of the vulnerability of economy.Thirdly, the paper takes 11 cities in Hebei province to appraise using established regional economic vulnerability evaluation system and the grey clustering analysis, generalizes the comprehensive evaluation, and finds out the existing problems of economic vulnerability in Hebei province.Finally, the paper proposes to adopt the corresponding measures from the population, resources, environment, society and economy in order to reduce the vulnerability of economy and promote economic sustainable development. |
