Evaluation On Overall Efficiency Of Kuancheng's Rural Electrification Project

To promote the process of rural modernization, the electrification projects were carried on in some of rural areas. Through evaluating these projects'comprehensive benefit and reflecting the effectiveness of rural electrification projects objectively and scientifically, useful basis can be obtained for future construction projects in rural electrification. That is conducive to exert investment returns under limited resources.In this paper, we set a evaluation index system of rural electrification project, which including energy, economic, environmental, and social transformation etc . According to the characteristics of index, we established a model of rural electrification, which based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. Finally we evaluated all-around benefit of rural electrification transformation project on the county of Kuan Cheng.
