Research On The Innovation Ability Evaluation Of Baoding High-tech Zone

This paper shows suitable index system and evaluation model for innovation ability based, and researches Baoding High-tech area. Firstly, it summarizes the characteristics of high-tech zones and content of technological innovation, and builds a high-tech zone innovation ability evaluation index system by combined with industrial cluster theory. Secondly, through in-depth analysis of traditional evaluation methods, it proposes a suitable method of evaluation, namely, a combination evaluation method which includes entropy method, AHP, TOPSIS. By Baoding High-tech Zone innovative ability of the comparative analysis of horizontal and vertical with the method, it draws a conclusion: the ability of Baoding High-tech Zone is in a good trend, but in comparison with other high-tech zones is still at a disadvantage, in which the innovation structure is more reasonable rather than the size. Finally, it puts forward five advices to Baoding High-tech Zone about enhancing innovation capability.
