After going through the market challenge for more than two decades, Xinjiang minority business has made certain achievements. However, there are many factors that hinder the pace of enterprise development. Both theory research and empirical studies show that if one intends to succeed in organizational change, the corporate culture must be changed. Therefore, getting rid of all the constraints and making it refreshed mean that we must reform their culture. Creating excellent corporate culture is the key to solve many problems in the national enterprises. Thus, in the present paper we try to explore the way out to the development of national enterprises from the perspective of corporate culture.This paper presents the exact definition of minority enterprise, summarizes its five characteristics and corporate culture respectively. Then, this paper makes a summary to the achievements of Minority corporate culture and analyzes the deficiencies. Finally, this paper puts forward the direction of the culture, principles to follow, outstanding ideas to adopt, the specific implementation and measures to take for the construction of the culture.Author hopes that this paper can provide some ideas for national enterprises to integrate the essence of ethnic minority culture into corporate culture and create a different national minority enterprise culture on the basis of national characteristics to help the business develop healthy, safe and stable.
