Cement is the basc raw materials of national economy, cement industry is a typical traditional industries. Future competition in the market of traditional industries is also the competition of new technologies; new technologies accelerate the transformation of traditional industries and accelerate the innovation, research and development of equipment to promote the use of the process, it has great significance.CFD (Computational Fluid Dymanic, CFD), is a new technology with the emergence of high-speed electronic computer. The technology allows the numerical calculation method for solving fluid flow problems as possible, in solving practical engineering flow, heat transfer problem in practice has been continuously mature and complete, and has an increasing number of engineering practices verification.In this paper we study the two typical cement production equipment, hot stove and decomposition furnace, and use CFD technology simulate its internal heat flow field. First of all, a combination of Overseas raw mill top burning stove, using pressure-vortex spray nozzle study the process of spray the oil into the spin room.Second, according to Sinoma Construction Co., Ltd.2000t/d production line in Zambia, syudy the calciner combustion and particle residence time.According to the actual operating parameters, establish a mathematical model for the typical combustion process of coal combustion in calciner, based on non-premixed mixture fraction/PDF (probability density function) model to solve the coal in the calciner's temperature inside the combustion process, velocity, simulate and analyse the evaporation rate of pulverized coal and burn rate. And recommend pulverized coal injection rate of 160m/s, then the volatile carbon particles after the coal has high burnout rate, and can give full play to the combustion chamber configuration all the advantages of jet entry location. As the production line in order to burn petroleum coke or low-volatile coal as main fuel, so the research of such fuel combustion in the calciner project for guiding engineering implementation is important.
