Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is the only coastal area in our country western development drive areas,which located in the center of the utmost tip of Beibu Gulf, including Nanning city, Beihai city, Qinzhou city, Fangchenggang city. Simultaneously, including Yulin city, Chongzuo city.The Planning Commission of Guangxi Gulf Economic Zone started its operations at 2006. The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee pay great more attention to the development of Guangxi Gulf Economic Zone. Currently, with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization process, a lot of land need to took over from farmers for industrial, commercial, real estate development and urban public utilities. Farmers lost their land will be lose their relatively stable income, how to compensation and resettlement for the landless farmers and inprove their social security system have become an urgent problem need the Chinese government to be solved. I select the " The Researeh on the Benefit Security of the Lost-land Peasants in the Economic Zone of Guangxi Beibu Gulf " is based on the above reasons that the lost-land peasants of the compensation and resettlement, employment security and retirement security is an inevitable topic.I examined a large number of literatures related to domestic and foreign land compensation and Benefit Security, at the same time, I also conducted research, interviews, questionnaires, interviews with government officials and farmers. The second part is the present situation analysis on the Social Security of the Lost-land Peasants in the Economic Zone of Guangxi Beibu Gulf, including the origin of the lost-landing farmers in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the lost-landing farmers'Land-levying compensation, Employment security, pension security. The four aspects describe the lost-landing farmers'general situation in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. The third part is the existence question and flaw such as the inadequate land compensation system, the lack of employment security system, the non-perfect pension security system, the absence functions of local government and so on. The fourth part is the strategies and implementations of the social security in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. The four aspects proposed suggestion range from the land compensation, job security, pension security, local government functions.The significance of this paper was provided the social security assistance for in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone to solve the issues of land compensation, job security, pension security. Only to maintain the lost-land farmer's benefit, solve their long-term livelihood, to improve their social security system, can we lay the foundation for the social security of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, achieve countryside economy and urban-rural coordinated development and promote the healthy development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
