Based on the theory of knowledge management and theory of learning organization, utilizing the method of qualitative analysis and study, restricting the scale of study object in the members of parent-child companies of multi-national corporations in Suzhou (China) area, the level of effects resulted by elements of knowledge transfer has been studied and discussed. A proven result of this study reveals a high effectiveness (on knowledge transfer) of the element of knowledge itself and parent companies, low effectiveness of child companies and organizational environment, as well as the great difference between countries and industries. As far as the subject, knowledge transfer, has been studied, this study makes up the deficiency of research of subject knowledge transfer, especially on the side of data and samples of China. Last, based on the result of this research, a realistic guide is provided for Chinese corporations.
