Evaluation Research On The Competitive Capability Of Tech-Innovation Enterprise In Persective Of Softpower

In modern society, development is the eternal theme, in order to compete with the constantly changing environment, the state, enterprises and individuals need to have a profound understanding of competitiveness, and recognize complicated competition situation outward. It has only 20 years history when scholars doing researches on competitiveness theory, which covered overall perspective. According the research, we found that most of the evaluation system are collecting overall index to reflect the whole competition situation of a innovation-oriented enterprise, and the aim is a comprehensive index coverage, but overlook the character of the innovation-oriented enterprises which is high input and high risk with continuously innovation actions. Technological innovation enterprises in this group represents the strength of national scientific and technological innovation strength, influencing national science and technology in the field of international status and image. Technical innovation enterprises'competitiveness should focus on the characteristics of enterprises in order to foster sustainable development and corporate competitive advantage. According to the existing evaluation system, we should proceed from the actual research to explore what kind of index system may truly reflect the real situation of enterprises, and has a guiding role in decision-making.Paper based on the theory of the soft power and competitiveness researches, to sum up in-depth study of business formation and the role of soft power mechanisms . Analyse thorouly the soft power of enterprise business development and strategic competitive advantage analysis of the relationship between the obtained soft power construction enterprise. A comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of a company's soft power developed the theory of the enterprises competitiveness which can also provide scientific decision-making guide for company's development. In this paper, we established a comprehensive evaluation index system for innovative company in three areas of softpower, including self-management system, R&D system, and public relations system. Gives examples of 3 innovative enterprises in Xi'an High-tech Zone to calculate the score of soft power, and realize the enterprise comprehensive evaluation of soft power.
