An Empirical Study On Effective Factors Of Urban Leisure Tourism Attractiveness

Along with social progress, economic growth and urban development, mass tourism is gradually replaced by leisure tourism as an important part of urban life. And leisure tourism is gradually becoming one of the mainstream forms of tourism at this stage, when meeting the growing cultural needs of urban residents. Therefore, I choose urban leisure tourism as the focus of my study. By analyzing a series of "social phenomenon about leisure" and relevant research outcomes, I found that urban leisure tourism have come into public life, and become a hot area of tourism development under the charge of government administrative. However, the study on urban leisure tourism does not meet the development of itself. Therefore, it is necessary to give a more in-depth empirical research on urban leisure tourism. On terms of the "Central China Development" policy, I select the capital city of Anhui Province as the empirical case.After reviewing relevant leisure research results, this paper give the definition of the concept of urban leisure tourism, and explain the meaning. Meanwhile, the author design the research framework for effective factors of urban leisure tourism attractiveness, including field surveys, factor analysis and cluster analysis. First of all, through rigorous field survey and statistical analysis of urban leisure tourists, this paper get the preference and perception evaluation to the urban leisure tourism places, as the basic data for later study. Second, statistical analysis software package SPSS 16.0 is used for finding effective factors of urban leisure tourism attractiveness. And finally, this study divided urban residents into four categories according to selected demographic characteristics and preference, named for the "critics", "optimists," "centrist" and " anxiety school."Based on the urban leisure tourism attractiveness study, this paper puts forward urban development strategy, By strengthening urban government for providing a good policy environment; by sounding market mechanism for a effective competing environment; by optimizing the spatial layout of urban leisure tourism for a stable long-term growth space environment.
