Effective Research On The FDI Technical Transfer Of China

It has been widely recognized all over the world that FDI is positive to a country, China has never ignored the efforts to introduce FDI to the maximum extent. It is always the basic point to make policies of our country after considering whether the function of attracting FDI.we have many purposes for introduce FDI, what is very important foothold is with FDI, agreemently - or disagreemently introducing of foreign advanced technology, so as to achieve economic health, rapidly and steadily. Therefore, since reform and opening up,to which extent that FDI's effect of technology transfer is working and how to promote rational and orderly use of FDI to update its technological structure has been the focus of domestic economist and research hot spots.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies conbined with recent rapid development of China's economy to the actual situation, I make use of statistical theory and tools, analyse the FDI effects of technology transfer as far as possible to a comprehensive, rational extent, and now has a descriptive analysis, hope to resolve practical problems which is helpful.
