Financial Centralized Management Mode Of H University Of Logistics Service Center

With the economic development and the aggravating market competition, the enterprise must strengthen the management to raise the efficiency and enhance competitive power. Especially some large enterprise groups, they are facing more management difficulties because of increasing management level. The success for enterprise depends on management, while the core for management is finance. More and more enterprise groups realized the disadvantage of traditional financial control mode. It is extremely important to construct a financial control mode which is reasonably and suitable for actual situation of enterprise's financial control mode. More and more enterprise groups started to realize the function and the importance of financial centralized management mode. And they also applied it in the enterprises in recent years.Furthermore, this paper put the financial centralized management theories into the detail enterprise's practice, and applies all these theories to a university logistics group. The author studied of the state of company H's financial centralized management and used the empirical analysis ways to analysis company H's existing financial centralized management issues.
