With the development of 20 years of Bank card industry since 1980s, especially after the foundation of China Bank Union in March,2002, the bank industry of China steps into a brand new developing stage, becomes intensive and develops in a large scale. It comes into all-whole, fast developing stage. With the fast development of bank card industry, some new problems appear gradually, some of which will limit the development of bank card industry. If we don't standardize and deal with it, the healthy development of bank card industry will be seriously effected.The first chapter of this article presented the research background and problems, and significance of choosing such topics, the framework or systems and research methods, features and innovations; Chapter 2 describes the current status of the bank card industry in Shenzhen, the basic situation of the industrial chain, bank card business and its status, operation mode and characteristics of joint network, the current status of distribution mode of benefits of joint networking etc. Chapter 3,With marketing development the usage of basic data for further analysis and description, analyzes the marketing development problems in the Shenzhen bank card industry and direct-joint and indirect-joint problems while the joint network is operated. Chapter 4 presents the general methods, government-enhancing methods, marketing methods, bank card joint operation in networking methods and other methods to solve the above problems in Chapter 3.Chapter 5,with the full article's presentation and methods investigation, concluded that government needs to enhance its supporting level and put forward and enact laws timely. China Bank Union, as the only RMB bank card transaction organizations, should make more efforts to establish a national brand, and actively develop industry laws and technical standards; all participants in every market should strengthen mutual cooperation, focus on the whole interests of the industry, and make the bank card industry become bigger and stronger.This article is based on key methods and statistics to solve problems that show up in the current situation or in the process of development of bank card industry in Shenzhen, and the problems of basic data analysis.
