As an important part of the national financial system,banks play a unique role in the process of economic development.The development of banks is closely related to the maintenance of economic stability.After decades of updating and development,the marketization level of China’s financial system is getting higher and higher,and banks have also achieved rapid development.In recent years,with the rapid rise of Internet finance,it has changed people’s consumption payment method to a great extent.The marketing concept of banking is constantly updating,especially taking credit card business as a representative,as the important business and main source of profit for banks,Chinese banks have done a lot of work in the credit card network marketing and conducted helpful exploration.Based on the above background,this paper selects Bank N as the research object.Although this bank has gradually tried to expand its credit card business by using Internet finance thinking,it is still in the early stage,and the sustainability and competitiveness of credit card business development need to be improved.In this paper,the relevant theories of Internet finance are elaborated,and the status quo and problems existing under the background of N bank’s network marketing are analyzed and elaborated in depth.Combined with the development status of N Bank’s credit card business,the main problems existing in N bank’s credit card business marketing are proposed and summarized.Through the analysis of market segmentation and positioning,the paper summarizes the promotion of marketing strategies from price,channel,promotion and publicity,so as to develop a series of implementation and safeguard measures.The research of this paper finds that,for N Bank,the preliminary exploration in the online marketing strategy of credit card business has taken shape and basically established the development idea of local operation.The marketing strategy is constantly adjusted and changed.However,there are still major problems in marketing concept transformation,business variety richness and innovation,scientific and technological system guarantee,human resources and cost control,internal risk control system,etc.Based on this,this paper focuses on the network marketing strategy optimization measures of N Bank credit card business,in order to provide certain guidance and reference.
