The Design Of Pingdingshan's Sustainable Development Model

Ping Dingshan was grown up because of the development and usage of nature resources. It is always an important energy resources and raw material basement in China, which makes a great contribution to nation's economy and social development. Due to lack of resources, the adjustment of industrial structure, the changing of market needs and so on, Ping Dingshan faces the dual challenges both in lacking of resources and the city's maintaining development mode.The issue makes research on the maintaining development theory, city's maintaining development theory and cyclic economy theory. It also makes conclusion through analyzing some classic cases on fulfilling maintaining development by cyclic economy. Through the combination on theory and cases, after analyzing the situation of maintaining development in Ping Dingshan, this issue builds up maintaining development mode in Ping Dingshan from the three levels in corporation, industry and area, and also brings up some policy suggestion which can promote the growth of maintaining development in Ping Dingshan. Hope that these can play a great significant role to China's resource-dependent cities in the aspect of maintaining development mode in the future.
