Industrial cluster as a range of enterprise and market industrial space between the forms of organization have been, and regional economic development will also have a positive impact. Compared with a single brand, regional brand with a continuous brand effect in accelerating the development of related industries at the same time, but also can promote the development of other industries within the region, to enhance corporate competitiveness, stimulate the regional economy of great practical significance. Therefore, for exploration and study of regional brands has become a hot topic. China's absorption of foreign scholars on the basis of the theory, combined with the phenomenon of industrial clusters in China and put forward the theory of regional brand development, content is more substantial, for the construction and development of China's regional brands have a certain guide.In this paper, after the access to relevant theory, discusses the industrial clusters and regional brands in the definition, characteristics and classification. In China scholars to explore the region on the basis of the brand, describes the connotation of brands and regional brands and features, regional brands and enterprises of different brands and regional brands to upgrade the role of industrial clusters. Based on Porter's "diamond" model of industrial cluster competitiveness of research, the development of region-specific elements of the brand to do theoretical analysis. To Porter "diamond" model made the decision based on the competitiveness of industrial clusters regional brand a key element of the brand development process of China's regional problems were analyzed.
