The BOSS 1.5 System in the thesis is a kind of supporting system of business operations, which will realize different businesses, billing and pricing, accounts dealing, as well as the production of communicating bills.In Chapter One, the author introduces the background and purpose of BOSS 1.5 constructions of XX Mobile, and the tasks as well as the achievements the author accomplished in constructing procedure of BOSS System.In Chapter Two, the development of BOSS System in communication field, the role it plays in communication and the significance are elaborated.Chapter Three and Chapter Four focus on the constructing procedure of BOSS System, the design and realization of different modules, and the problems with solutions found in whole process.Finally, periodical achievements of BOSS 1.5 System construction of XX Mobile are concluded. At the same time, some problems that need further researches and attentions are put forward.
